Reliable Industrial and Instrument Valves by Vertex

At Vertex AMP Industrial Solutions, we makes strong & reliable valves that help control the flow of liquids and gases in tough industrial environments. Our product range includes ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, diaphragm, and instrument valves, available in a wide range of sizes (from ¼″ to 48″) and pressure ratings (up to Class 2500).

All our valves are made from high-quality materials like stainless steel (304/316), duplex steel, carbon steel, Titanium, Hastelloy (C-22, C-276), Inconel (Alloy 625, 718) Monel (Nickel-Copper Alloy) and special alloys. They come with features like:

  • Zero-leak seats for tight shutoff
  • Fire safe construction (API 607 certified) to keep valve sealed after fire
  • Blow out proof stem so the stem can’t pop out under pressure
  • ISO 5211 actuator pad-plug and play mounting for pneumatic or electric automation

Before delivery, every valve is pressure-tested to ensure it works perfectly under real conditions. We also provide material test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) with each product, so you always know what you're getting.

From oil refineries and chemical plants to water treatment, pharma lines, and offshore rigs, our valves are trusted for their quality, safety, and long life. When you choose Vertex, you get dependable products, fast delivery, and support from start to finish. We’re here to help you keep your flow safe and steady — every time.

Detailed Information On Our Valves Supplies

Valve Type Where It's Commonly Used Why It's Important
Ball Valve Used to stop or allow flow in pipelines, emergency shut-off systems, and pig launch stations Easy to open and close quickly (¼ turn), gives a strong seal; special designs can handle high pressure and big pipelines
Gate Valve Used at wellheads, pipeline systems, and manifolds Allows full flow with very little resistance; great for tough, high-pressure and high-temperature jobs
Check Valve Installed after pumps or compressors, and in risers or flare lines Stops flow from going backwards and avoids pressure surges; options available for smooth, silent operation
Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Valve Used when working with dangerous or high-pressure fluids Offers two layers of safety by blocking flow on both sides and releasing trapped pressure for safe maintenance
Monoflange / Instrument Manifold Valve
• 2-Valve (Stop + Vent)
• 3-Valve (2 Stop + Balance)
• DBB/T-Type (2 Stop + Vent)
Used with pressure transmitters or for taking fluid samples Combines several valves into one compact body, reducing space, weight, and chances of leaks
Butterfly Valve Found in large pipelines, cooling systems, and low-pressure oil & gas services Lightweight and fast to operate (¼ turn); special types can handle moderate pressure while sealing tightly
Globe (Control) Valve Used to manage flow, pressure, or liquid levels in separators and compressors Offers fine control over flow; special designs reduce noise and damage caused by fast-moving fluids
Choke Valve Used on wellheads, gas lift systems, and test separators Built for handling high pressure drops and rough flow conditions; made with tough materials for long life
Pressure Safety / Relief Valve (PSV/PRV) Installed on tanks, vessels, and pipelines to avoid dangerous pressure build-up Automatically opens when pressure is too high to protect equipment; easy to replace and standard in design
HIPPS (High-Integrity Pressure Protection System) / High-Integrity Shut-Off Valve Protects pipelines and equipment from getting too much pressure, especially in gas fields Closes extremely fast if pressure spikes; certified for critical safety in harsh conditions
